DAMP AND TIMBER SURVEYOR
We are an established family run company.

We are looking for an individual who can assist us in building up our Damp works department

to cover waterproofing, timber decay and repair, condensation and mould control issues.

Areas covered:
West London (Paddington and surrounding areas)

We are looking for 1 x Qualified Timber and Damp Surveyor to join our team.

Your main duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Attend various locations to carry out damp/timber surveys
• Prepare report for clients outlining specifications and quotations
• Site visits to oversee works in progress
• Premade appointments
• Continuous work
• Supervise the teams
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessment with associated works
• Qualified
• Good eye for detail
• Proactive
• Good timekeeping
• Team player / Use of own initiative

Monday to Friday

Own transport, fuel will be paid

Starting salary to be negotiated dependant on experience
