DCC is looking to appoint a senior leader to drive the rationalisation and the delivery of the Network Evolution Programme (NEP) on behalf of the Chief Delivery Officer.


There is significant focus on the large strategic change programmes mandated by BEIS and Ofgem, driving for the next generation of comms hubs and networks is a significant challenge and sensitive with both government and our customers.


This critical role will enable the Chief Delivery Officer to maintain their priority focus on the delivery of the large-scale strategic programmes, whilst ensuring there is appropriate executive level focus to drive the successful delivery of the ECP andILC.

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise delivery across a diverse change portfolio
  • Effective communicator with an ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams
  • Selfsufficient with ability to make effective decisions inline with business strategy

Person Specification:


  • Senior Leader with C-Level experience
  • Strong communicator and ability to adapt to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver in process driven and highly governed environment
  • Proven commercial acumen and supplier management skills
  • Willing to travel to meet the needs of the business
  • Experienced in the delivey programmatic change and running business functions
