**Hybrid working

• 23 days in the office**
  Fulltime or 4 days (Tuesday & Friday essential)

The role involves strategic and operational work and a wide range of HR tasks and you will need to be flexible to carry out duties as required on a day
- to
- day basis.

You will need to have a good generalist HR background including:

• Advising on HR policies
• Handling employee relations cases
• A good understanding of employment law
• Ideally a CIPD qualification however not essential.

Diversity HR- Recruiting Expert HR and Training Professionals.
