Senior Consultant - Financial Services

Tasks:

Define the opportunity and problems to solve, supported by research
Drive solutioning across business, technology and regulatory compliance
Define requirements in a usercentric way and manage tradeoffs with stakeholders
Drive solution delivery with business and technology teams
Develop a strong expertise within the Digital Assets and crypto space
Achieving high customer satisfaction through strong delivery management and communication with clients and stakeholders;
Be part of a project team that provides support to clients in the fields of wealth transformation, innovation, project management and implementation

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, business administration, economics, finance or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the financial services industry
Ability to operate across a broad spectrum of domains: technology architecture, user experience, business impacts, business architecture, operations
Knowledge and experience of technology based work in financial services ideally in the digital domain
Ability to orchestrate teamwork across various functions
Track record of leading initiatives from inception to going live
Well versed into Agile ways of working
