At our Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.
We are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Site Director for a period of 6 months Fixed Term Contract.
This is a large site, with circa.1,500 team members, you will be part of a small team of 3 Administrative staff who contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely administrative support for the leaders of distinct business units.
Responsibilities:
As Executive Assistant to the Site Director, you will support the Site Director and:
- Undertake day-to-day secretarial duties (administrative, travel bookings, diary management), as well as typically expense processing and reporting, meeting arrangements, and event support.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Essential:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience
Desirable:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) or studying towards a degree in a relevant
- Experience in a large multinational business
