The working hours for this role are very flexible and a portion of the work can be done remotely.Essential Functions:
- Carrying out weekly payroll via Sage50 Payroll software.
- Invoicing via Sage.
- Preparing financial statements and other financial reports.
- Preparing invoices, sales tax filings, and other reports.
- Assisting with monthend closing procedures.
- Assisting with accounts receivable duties.
- Some general administrative tasks as required.
Education and Experience:
- Experience with invoicing and payroll procedures via SAGE is essential.
- Experience with general accounts administration.
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
£18.50 per hour
