Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private hospital in their search for Lead Scrub Practitioner to head up their theatre team.

The state-of-the-art hospital, which was opened in 2016, boasts cutting-edge equipment and facilities which along with an experienced staff allows them to stay at the forefront of medical and surgical care.

Requirements:

Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration
Considerable experience working within a Scrub role.
Evidence of progression within their role
Previous experience providing leadership and support
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for high quality patient safety and care

This role is based in Hemel Hempstead and is commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Enfield, Watford, Harrow, High Wycombe, Harlow, Welwyn Garden City and London.
