Job Role:
Mac & PC Support (Mac Focused)

Job Contract: 6 months (Possibility of extension)

Rate: 18 GBP Per Hour Inside IR35

Location:
London, UK
Assisting with support for PCs and Apple Macs. Asset management to ensure globalKPIs are met on a monthly basis. Issuing of IT peripheral items to customers. Charging for distributed peripherals items and maintaining stock levels of all equipment. Reviewappointments made in the Global PC Replacement Tool and plan activities. Regular refurbishment and/or re-imaging of loan stock. Assisting with deliveries of IT equipment. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.


The contractor is:
- supporting Spark44 staff (on-site and remote)
- supporting the local Audio Visuals
- supporting the local network (1st line)
- supporting integration activity by working closely with the Spark44 IT director on specific tasks
- supporting the enablement of contractors via the Agile ID process


Business Benefit:

- smooth running of the Spark44 office environment enabling efficient delivery or business objectives
- reduced escalations from Spark44 customers
- contractors are enabled in a timely fashion (via the Agile ID process)
