Event Support Team manage a variety of different services for major sporting events, concerts, festivals, firework shows and many more.
We take care of everything from the start right to the endfrom the planning/allocation of staff in the background all the way up to the execution of the event itself.
As a company, we provide off site car parking for all of our clients and, in addition to traffic management, this is where our specialties lay.
We have our very own in-house ANPR system (automatic number plate recognition) to make ingress and egress as swift as possible.
What this means for us is that we can book cars into our car parks in the blink of an eye, following a ticket being purchased online, as opposed to having to stand with a clipboard which can often cause a build up in traffic.
We work and have worked at some of the largest events in the world including Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012, Premiership Football, Premiership Rugby, Championship Football, Music Festivals, Concerts and many moreThe Role.
The duties and responsibilities of this role include.
- Engaging with the public and customers of the event making sure that a professional service is delivered to customers at all times
- Ensuring that the site is a safe environment
- Always remaining vigilant to safety hazards and taking proactive steps to correct them if required
- Welcoming all visitors to the venue
- Dealing with any queries and offering additional information regarding the event
- Checking access passes if required
- Being the eyes and ears of the event and ensuring the safety team have the information they require
We need you to.
- Have great customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to help and support customers and colleagues
- Be able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team
- Have the ability to multitask and deal with customer queries.
- Pay close attention to detail
- Have knowledge of how to use an iPad/Tablet
