Purpose of the role:
A brand-new opportunity has just arisen in our growing call centre operation here with Capita for Customer Service Collections Agents / Advisors.
This will be working on our high-profile Stirling Park contract so you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference in this role.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for professionally negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on behalf of our clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Help customers arrange repayments via inbound and outbound calls.
- Treat customers fairly, consistently and with empathy whilst also negotiating acceptable repayment terms for outstanding debts.
- Autonomously manage your own accounts and recovery whilst working towards achieving a personal bonus.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent call handling skills
- To be quick and effective at building trust and relationships.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- To be comfortable working towards targets and KPI's.
- A good knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
- A determined and positive attitude with good work ethics
