Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities - Develop strategic plans in conjunction with the Sales Director for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals alongside customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate their ability to build long term relationships, developand grow the business by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in the negotiations and closing of strategic opportunities. - Promote products/ services addressing or predictingcustomer objectives. - Identify new ways to maximize revenue.- Be able to undertake site visits and meetings to discuss projects with customers, offer advice on the best possible technical and financial solution and obtain necessary information to createand accurate quotation and scope of works.
- Prepare detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives - Report and communicate into the business via the monthly sales meetings regarding overall account updates, progress on company strategies,sales co-ordination and other key topics.
- Produce a monthly report measuring key performance indicators specifically around quotations, pipeline, product sales, and forecasting. - Monitor customer trends, market and competitor activity and report into thecompany senior leadership team. - Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required. - To deliver technical support and training to external customers. - Managing workloads proactively to achieve objectives and ensure activity schedules are kept regularly upto date.- Keep timely records of sales activity within company CRM system - Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
Experience/Skills/ Qualifications required - Strong client relationship skills - Strong commercial awareness - Strong negotiation skills - Confidence working with numbers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organisationskills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to write documents in a professional style - The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems - Working independently alongside recognising when teamwork is the rightapproach - Proven sales track record - A proven sales/ design and estimating experience within the Acoustic sector
