Value Match are supporting a global organisation which develops and markets medical devices and software solutions who are looking for a
Bids and Contract Specialist to join their growing team.
This exciting new opportunity is a
permanent role with up a salary of up to
£40,000 on offer and will be a mixture of remote and office based (max 2 days/week).
The Bids and Contracts Specialist will work to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation's bid and proposal submission process, as well as customer contracts administration.
This will involve coordination and collaboration with various internal departments and business units to ensure company procedures are followed in order to drive new business and secure awards.
- Bachelor's degree and experience with bid submissions (contract management is preferred but not required)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and reliable can-do attitude: ability to cooperate as a team player, meeting and understanding the needs of different stakeholders
Capacity to utilize critical thinking to analyse complex procurement requirements relating to bids, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
