Working within the ISS Team on the client account, the role provides technical and project supervision to this prestigious client.
*********
The Project Supervisor is required to oversee Projects, PPM and reactive tasks using both sub-contractors and ISS engineers across multiple sites. You will oversee and effectively supervise projects and additional works to ensure the efficient operation of the Scottish Power estate's mechanical and electrical services and building fabric.

Key Responsibilities

To adhere to ISS working practices regarding Safe Systems of Work and appropriate building standards and to provide supervision to delivery teams as required

:

-
To ensure effective supervision of projects, additional works, PPM and reactive tasks in accordance with ISS Policies and Procedures

:

-
Ensure the efficient and cost-effective installation, refurbishment, maintenance and repair of the Scottish Power accounts M&E, Plant, Equipment, Building Fabric and Services in accordance with ISS contractual obligations and project scope

:

Compilation of O&M documentation and the updating of asset registers

:

-
Manage the planning and delivery of ISS sub-contractors

:

-
Collation of quotes for remedial works and small works and presenting to the client for approval

:

-
Managing approved small works to completion, on time and within budget

:

Providing commercial awareness for all operations to meet and exceed ISS financial targets

Maximising self-delivery using ISS staff

:

-
Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the area team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
***-
Educated to a minimum of City and Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline

:

Completion of a recognised technical training scheme, aapprenticeships (or equivalent programme) in Electrical Engineering

18th Edition IEE Regs

:

-
IOSH Managing Safely

:

-
Hold other relevant training appropriate to work in a building maintenance environment e.g. first aid, IPAF, PASMA, Water Treatment Systems (L8) etc.

Working knowledge of asset management / CAFM systems

:

-
At least two years at a similar supervisory level or equivalent

:

-
At least two years project supervison experience or experience of managing small works

:

-
Excellent knowledge of the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, plant and equipment
