Description
Working in Adult Mental Health setting

  • Excellent secretarial, organisational and keyboard skills
  • Excellent audio / copy typist who is able to undertake volume typing
  • Arranging, attending and taking minutes of meetings
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Working to tight deadlines, and changing and challenging situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone and also as part of a team
Prior to interview you will be required to undertake literacy, numeracy and typing tests at a time to be advised

Qualifications:


  • Essential:
Educated to NVQ level 3 /RSA3 or equivalent
GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

Skills and abilities

  • Essential:
Minimum basic Excel setting up of spreadsheets and updating for reports
Preparation of documents to high quality using Word
Use of Outlook for updating of calendar and appointments
Prioritisation and organisation of work and ability to meet deadlines
Good keyboard skills
Ability to interact with colleagues and clients courteously
Problem solving
Accuracy and attention to detail
