Martin & Co are one of the leading estate and letting agents in Newark and Grantham. This is a great opportunity to join our Award-Winning Newark branch as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
The successful applicant will be working in a busy role in a fast-paced environment which offers great earning potential and variety.
The main purpose of the role is to support the sales and lettings team dealing with enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating with clients, and producing marketing material.
You will receive:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence, and preferably have access to your own car.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
