YOUR ROLE
Our Legal Administration team play a key role in our business, supporting our in-house legal team, Medway Law, with a variety of administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing:

You're all about the customer. Answer incoming calls and distribute to relevant areas of the business always delivering excellent customer service

You're collaborative. Supporting our Legal team in all administration tasks, including contract sending/receiving and providing Conveyancing quotes

You're a great communicator. Liaising with our partner agents and branches in a professional manor, whilst effectively communicating with vendors, chasing important documents needed

You have an eye on the detail. With due diligence and accuracy, you will ensure quality checks are made on certified copies of legal documents, and scan, copy and return important legal documents such as Title Deeds and certificates

You're a team player. You'll present yourself and iamproperty in the best way to our partner agents, their clients your team and everyone you engage with

You're an ambassador. Meet and Greet visitors to the office, offering a warm and professional welcome
GOT SKILLS?
What are the top things you'll bring to the role?
- Experience within an Administration or Customer Service role is preferable but not necessary as full training will be provided
- Excellent organisational skills
- First class problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
