Job Summary


This is a new role to provide professional account management services to community-based clients and be the main means of communication between contractors, therapists, and Future Steps.


You will support the Community Accounts Manager to maintain existing contracts by ensuring efficiency and excellent service delivery and to also help develop new, creative, and innovative opportunities, marketing, and resources for community-based services.


Key Roles

To manage and support with:

  • New and existing communitybased Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Local Authority Contracts
  • Looked After Children's Service (LAC)
  • Timetabling
  • Lone working
  • Marketing, therapist's resources and training material
  • Providing regular feedback as required by the Community Accounts Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support retention of existing communitybased Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring an excellent, responsive, and proactive customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and maintaining indepth knowledge of the contracts, past experiences, helpful information, and current needs.
  • Maximise service delivery in school and ensure aims of the contractor are being met by monitoring accuracy and efficiency from STRIVE Live spreadsheet data and written feedback.
  • Create service reports as required for schools or other contractors.
  • Creating and costing of SLAs and subsequent administration around confirmed community sales.
  • Assist new communitybased SLAs including welcome information.
  • Record and monitor information required by Local Authority contracts according to termly deadlines.
  • Manage the Looked After Children's Service (LAC) from point of referral, timetabling and updating the contractor.
  • Ensure the safety of community therapists by receiving, recording, and monitoring lone working of therapists.
  • Develop resources as necessary, such as, training materials, literature, marketing, therapist bags, DBS sheets, badges, EARTH or SMART manuals, school folders and spreadsheets.
  • Manage the community timetable by populating new therapists, new contracts and adjusting for any therapist leave or reallocated sessions while meeting needs of the contract and maximising profit.

Salary:
£21,060.00-£23,205.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

- administration: 2 years (preferred)

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
