Job Purpose:


  • The Development and Alumni Relations Office is at the heart of Ulster¿s engagement with alumni, donors, corporate partners and friends of the University, helping to maintain and develop strong and lasting relationships. Building and strengthening relationships between the University and its evergrowing network of alumni and key stakeholders/friends is vital. With an alumni network of 200,000+ across the world, we have an excellent opportunity to enhance the work of the University, via volunteering and partnerships. To help further the development and growth of the University, we seek to increase meaningful, beneficial, and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (students, graduates/alumni, and friends) through various programmes of activity and engagement.
  • The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator will work as part of the Development and Alumni Relations Office to support the work of colleagues in the engagement team. The post holder will lead the development of a stakeholder engagement plan in support of our work to effectively engage, maintain and deepen relationships with graduates, alumni and friends whilst simultaneously developing internal relations with colleagues across the University, and will support our range of communications, events and volunteering programmes.
  • We intend to create a 12month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University
