As a Property Purchase Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the firm for their clients.

This is an opportunity to thrive in the company's busy and fast-moving team environment, utilising your previous property marketing and negotiation experience to provide valuable advice and assistance.


The role will involve:


  • Providing expert advice to clients on the range of services offered by the firm.
  • Assisting clients with property purchase negotiations.
  • Preparing and submitting notes of interest and legal offers.
  • Conducting extensive research on market trends and property values.
  • Providing fee quotes and following up with clients.
  • Building strong relationships with financial, legal, and mortgage consultants.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Genuine passion for property and people, and ability to build rapport effortlessly.
  • Ability to excel in a busy, fastpaced team environment.
  • Previous experience in property marketing and/or negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the Scottish legal system.
  • Experience managing clients and multitasking effectively.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
