Purpose of the role:

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategy, responsible for working with our Heating Engineers, Sales and Marketing team to create engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage social media content calendar, including planning, creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various platforms
• Working with other departments (installations, service and sales) to translate our experiences and daytoday activities into images and video that tell a story
• Repurpose existing content for various media and social platforms websites, YouTube shorts, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience
• Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms.
• Analyse the performance of campaigns and provide reports.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media management
• Work independently, manage your schedule, and meet project deadlines

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years experience working in a social media role
• Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Strong copywriting and copyediting skills,
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for storytelling
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fastpaced environment
• Willingness to keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our content.

Desirable, but not essential

• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Basic Video Editing skills to create quick edit
