Summary:

Reporting to the Production Shift Manager and working as part of a busy team, a Flexible approach is required as you will be trained to work across different sections of the production process, including manufacturing bi-folds and visiglides.

We operate in a production target environment, and the role will include the use of hand tools and manual handling

Key Skills:

Experience gained within an assembly style manufacturing environment is essential
Specific experience of fabrication is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided the key to success is a positive, 'can do' attitude
Experience and ability with hand held power tools is highly advantageous
Manual handling experience of heavy loads is required, as there will be some lifting
A proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to work effectively in a busy, target driven environment

What we offer:

Salary:
£10.50ph + Weekly Bonus Incentive (once fully trained up opportunity for this to increase and progress)

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
