About the Role


Working with a team of ten, you will be tasked with leading, motivating and making the most of their skills.

You'll be expected to deliver excellence in programmatic implementational planning across both direct display and programmatic.

You will work with thehead of programmatic to discover new ad tech and media partners to spearhead new work streams for our clients and agency.

This will give you access to a host of cutting-edge tech and senior stakeholders. You will have the freedom to shape the future of thechannel.


Key responsibilities:
Train and support junior team members to increase their knowledge

Drive revenue growth through spotting new optimization opportunities

Proactively contribute to product development and programmatic best practice

Ensure the adoption of new processes and products across the team

Foster a spirit of collaboration and integration with the broader team and key partners


Requirements:


Essential Attributes:
Planning experience across different aspects of Programmatic

Training experience across at our core DSPs

Ability to manage a team of 4-8 people

Ability to help AMs and AEs with their set up and trading

Managing people's day-to-day work but also being responsible for their long-term development

Experience leading planning and strategy

Ability to convey the benefits of programmatic and our strategy to clients in meetings


Ideal Attributes:
Evidence of implementing processes /products which help develop their team's digital expertise

Planning experience across biddable channels
