Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services Consultancy. £45k to £55k.


This innovative, ambitious and growing technical asset management consultancy specialises in making existing buildings sustainable using a combination of building services engineering, dynamic simulation modelling, energy engineering and unique data analysissoftware.


As a result of recent growth they are looking to add a Mechanical Services Design Engineer to their projects team with responsibility for delivering building services designs for refurbishment works on predominantly commercial real estate.


With a bias toward Mechanical Engineering you will have experience in the design of HVAC systems using AutoCAD software, assisting in the delivery of all aspects of M&E services refurbishment to a programme, budget and specification to include commissioningand post occupancy evaluation processes.


You will have an Engineering degree and a minimum of 3 years experience, a membership of CIBSE, IMechE or IET.
