Description
Working for our client based in Sussex, this role will be undertaken on afully remote basis.
You will be joining a growing and dedicated team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the companies services, day to day duties will include:
- Management of new bookings including;
- Updating onto the inhouse systems
- Reviewing information on the system to ensure all it is all correct
- Requesting necessary reports from external parties
- Booking appointments
- Closing bookings when concluded
- Working within company/client SLAs and notifying the Team Leader of any difficulty in achieving
- Escalating complex bookings or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Able to use own initiative and have a proactive approach.
