Description
Working for our client based in Sussex, this role will be undertaken on a
fully remote basis.

You will be joining a growing and dedicated team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the companies services, day to day duties will include:


  • Management of new bookings including;
  • Updating onto the inhouse systems
  • Reviewing information on the system to ensure all it is all correct
  • Requesting necessary reports from external parties
  • Booking appointments
  • Closing bookings when concluded
  • Working within company/client SLAs and notifying the Team Leader of any difficulty in achieving
these.


  • Escalating complex bookings or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Able to use own initiative and have a proactive approach.
