About Our Client:

A great opportunity for a
Supply Chain Admin Assistant to join a Leading Importer in the Leeds area. The business are known for their variety of product across FMCG, Stationery, Health & Beauty etc.

Due to impressive trading figures the business is looking to build its trading team with a
Supply Chain Admin Assistant.You will work closely with the teams in the UK, and China etc to support the delivery of multi-million-pound projects which link Accountability for product data including new line set up, price management & promotion activity as well as stock & sales forecasts.


  • Data maintenance and integrity
  • Data analysis and reporting of issues to department manager
  • Working with our China Team on data validation
  • Product and purchase order amends
  • Running daily customer stock reports
  • Managing and maintain our showroom of products
  • Communicating the arrival of new products and product set up

The Successful Applicant:


  • Ideally 12 months plus experience in a Supply Chain, Purchasing Assistant, Merchandise Assistant role or similar
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and be prepared to be flexible as deadlines and priorities sometimes change
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Must have a good command of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
