Based near excellent transport links, this leading London College group is looking for a learning coaches to support their students.

A leading London College group.

Description

The main responsibilities for the learning coach are:

To cater and adhere to pupils individual support plans and risk assessments.
Uphold safeguarding measures.
Providing support to each pupil in order to fully carry out their learning effectively.
Undertake examinations and also following up with regular QA and reports.

Profile
To be successful in this role you must have:

High level of previous experience upholding safeguarding regulations.
Preferably some experience of working alongside young people who have social, emotional, mental health needs, disabilities, learning.
Ability for flexible working.
Be willing to do extra training on and throughout the job.
