We're seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to join our team in Walsall, supporting and empowering young individuals.Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide youth in personal and academic development
- Provide guidance in decisionmaking and goal setting
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with a team to create impactful programs
Requirements:
- Passionate about empowering young individuals
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate
- Previous mentoring or youth work experience beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
