We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Experienced Mortgage Advisor working to support Hamptons with their new build proposition

OTE:
£60,000

Our advisors provide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances.

In addition our advisors are to assist clients with specialist lending solutionssuch as bridging, equity release and commercial.

Hold full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
Have experience with supporting clients with new build purchases.
Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
Provide an excellent level of customer service.
A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

Within this role you will be provided with:

Competitive salary, uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60k+), with the opportunity of an annual bonus based on performance.
