We are a complex organisation, always evolving, recruiting for a wide variety of roles from academics, baristas, accountants and even sports coaches, so you will sometimes need to think on your feet and your work will be varied and ever-changing.

You will have prior experience in a recruitment focused role and will have knowledge and understanding of:

Recruitment processes
Providing Hiring Manager advice and support
Resourcing systems
How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice
Recruitment legislation
How to write engaging adverts and identify the best sourcing channels to use
Awareness of social media channels and their use for recruitment, ideally with experience of content generation
Any experience of IT related recruitment would be beneficial, but is not essential to the role

We are currently recruiting for one permanent and one fixed-term vacancy, with interviews expected to take place on Friday 12th May.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
