About Our Client:
Key responsibilities of this internal sales advisor:
- Proactively engage with customers to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and provide expert guidance and support as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure that their needs are being met at all times
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure that customer needs are being addressed and that sales targets are being met
- Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information
The Successful Applicant:
- Have strong administration, customer service experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Build relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to travel to Hemel Hempstead
