As a

Teaching Assistant, you will be required to:

Establish positive and secure relationships with students and help develop their trust and belief
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals. This includes pupils, colleagues and parents.
Encourage all students to learn and motivate them to reach their maximum potential
Assist the teacher with the planning, development and delivery of lessons
Work as part of a team, challenging and supporting the progress of students
