Portsmouth, Andover or New Forrest

Salary:
£26,609 - £30,472 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

About the role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Works Delivery department. This team play a key role in supporting various departments within Works Delivery.

As the department is ever changing, we are looking for someone who can adapt to a fast moving and ever evolving team with enthusiasm and a positive approach to ensure we deliver the needs of the business and these departments.

Administrative and compliance duties including raising Purchase Orders, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ID badges.
During times of bad weather, you will be required to give support, this may mean working outside of your normal hours, duties and potentially location.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, and a passion for providing help and support to their colleagues.
An understanding of safety compliance.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to analyse data and reports.
The ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines in a busy, but also exciting environment and be able to switch between work streams as required.
