Administrator - Leeds, United Kingdom - Huntress
Description
Our client is an established property management company based in Leeds LS14 and they are looking for an Administrator to join their team for 12 months.
The role of the Administrator will be varied but will include:- Assisting in submitting documents.
- Printing, collating and posting documents to shareholders and members.
- Diary maintenance.
- Issuing share/membership certificates.
- General admin such as scanning, filing, distributing post and fielding calls.
- Facilitating legal document signatures and raise appropriate fees.
- Monitoring subletting process.
- Booking venues and liaising with clients and colleagues.
About you:
- Must have grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Excellent level of written English.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Confident communicator, friendly and professional.
- Calm under pressure.
- Resourceful and able to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who is available immediately and can commit to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
