HR ADMINISTRATOR
- _Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm & Friday 3pm finish_

- _Salary: £22,000_

- _Requirement: Level 3 CIPD _

We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our clients well established HR department.

You will be an enthusiastic, organised individual working in a supporting role to assist with the day-to-day activities of the HR function.

The role will bevaried and cover all aspects of HR where you will be required to interact and work with all employees across the business.

Due to the nature of this role, you will require a tactful and confidential approach.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Good written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at all levels, and on potentially sensitive matters.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in using excel, word and power point
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A great team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Experience of working in HR is desirable but not essentialExamples of Key tasks include
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
  • Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including the scheduling of inductions
  • Maintaining accurate employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes, and leavers on the system
  • Support the HR department with producing periodic letters and correspondence.
  • Providing support to Managers across the business with the disciplinary and grievance process as a note taker.
  • Dealing with daytoday HR queries and giving advice in line with current policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of employee information and documentation.
  • Scheduling of periodic employee reviews across all departments, such as probationary review meetings and highlevel absence reviews
  • Supporting training initiatives such as the building capability program and other internal training programs, keeping training logs up to date and producing certificates.
