    Job Title: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead

    Department: Human Resources (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Staff Wellbeing)

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Grade: 7

    Salary Range: £42,217.29 - £49,381.29 per annum inclusive of London Allowance

    Location: Bloomsbury

    Hours: 35 hours per week

    About the Role:

    This role is responsible for coordinating EDI projects and initiatives across the institution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Co-designing and implementing EDI projects and initiatives
    • Working with the Race Equality Charter oversight group to oversee the REC action plan
    • Supporting work on equality impact assessments

    We celebrate our diverse community and want to ensure equitable outcomes for every member.

    You will have specific responsibility for working with the Head of EDIW and the wider team to develop new EDIW strategies and initiatives.

    The EDIW team is committed to further embedding EDIW into departments and central services teams, and increasing staff and student engagement and momentum with EDIW.
