Our client, a sizable legal firm, require a Senior Associate to join their corporate team.

The role offers a wide range of corporate work from M&A deals, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements through to capital fundraising, compliance, and corporate governance.

Experience in managing transactions across all stages will be helpful. The role involves taking ownership of clients coupled with assisting on larger, more complex matters.

We are interested in talking to locally based Corporate lawyers or relocators back to Scotland.
