Joining our Resourcing team will give you the opportunity to own the end to end recruitment process across a variety of areas within the Royal Surrey NHS Trust.


You will liaise directly with hiring managers, gain an insight into the skills they are looking for and help them write creative and compelling adverts.

You will work with hiring managers to successfully on board the right applicant for the role being advertised.


In this open plan office you will be working at pace alongside your colleagues to effectively impact substantive recruitment at both the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and our Community Hospitals.

Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.
