Description
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and driven Brand Marketing Executive to join Serviced Apartment's dynamic marketing team.

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the brand image and drive consumer engagement across multiple marketing channels.

About the Role

Brand Strategy Development:Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop a brand strategy that aligns with 's overall business objectives.

Brand Identity and Guidelines: Maintain and uphold 's visual and verbal identity by overseeing the creation and implementation of brand guidelines.

Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualise and execute innovative and compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate 's value proposition and resonate with the target audience.


Media Relations:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive media coverage for the organisation. This involves crafting press releases, pitching stories, and so on. Promote 's brand and key messages across articles, blog posts, social media posts and newsletters.

Brand Promotion: Promote the organisation's brand and key messages through targeted PR campaigns and initiatives.

Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication within , keeping employees informed about PR activities and the latest company news.

Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and supply chain partners to strengthen the organisation's position within the industry.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics related to brand awareness, customer perception, and campaign success.

Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all initiatives align with allocated resources and deliver measurable ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years experience in brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, and marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

£21,931.25-£27,500.00 per year
