Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting and contributing to the acquisition team.
This position will also use various online databases to enhance our data and assist the marketing team in their campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and compile lists of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information from ad inquiries, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality.
- Obtain testimonials and ensure they are added to website.
- Utilizes CRM system to manage teams pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-Files.
- Produce CRM reports and trend analysis to assist the country leader and team leaders in managing their teams.
- Work with Marketing team to prepare and distribute campaigns.
- Produce and send out letters as per acquisition team members requests
- Carry out Land Registry requests
- Check that key documents are present in database (M-Files) and chase team members to ensure any missing documents are uploaded
- Ad hoc projects and duties as needed
Qualifications
Education:
- BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience:
- One to two years sales and/or administrative experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
- Demonstrated project management skills
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Contact Management systems (CRM), Database and internet software.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
- Proficiency with Google and internet searches.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
