Jane is a truly British brand, the womenswear label formerly known as Goat Fashion began life as a cashmere range for the fashion cognoscenti and has since developed into a full ready-to-wear collection.

We're looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our head office in Central London.

We are a small team, and you will work in close collaboration with all departments:
Design & Creative / Ecommerce / Marketing & PR / Wholesale / Production teams.

  • Job Description:_
  • Key roles & responsibilities:_
  • Answer all customer service requests, across all channels, in a timely manner
  • Create customer service reports that will provide insight into consumer behaviour that can be used to inform decisions
  • Develop procedures, policies and standards
  • Manage and oversee website stock
  • Manage and improve the customer journey
  • Create and manage products using Magento
  • Sharing the voice of the customer with relevant departments as required
  • General office support
  • Communicate with 3PL warehouse to ensure all global orders are dispatched in an accurate and timely manner
  • Creating all international waybills to comply with import/export requirements
  • Managing all order exceptions and client order requests, such as arranging delivery exceptions
  • Processing and managing influencer/PR gifted requests
  • Managing stock transfers for photoshoots as required
  • Packing/shipping orders from our head office
  • Processing all customer return requests
  • Executing all refunds/credit notes
  • Creating returns reports providing insights into consumer behaviour
  • Requirements:_
  • 2 Years experience in an operational customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and must be well organised: attention to detail, high level of accuracy, ability to meet established deadlines, ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a fastpaced environment, adapting to rapid change
  • Problem solving skills
  • Impeccable organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
