Business Development Manager - Specialist Cleaning
£45,000 - £70,000 (OTE) + Car / Car Allowance

A well-established, sector leading Property Management business are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their Specialist Cleaning division, based out of their West Midlands head office.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will receive strong support from a dedicated Sales Co-ordinator, market leading technology (Barbour ABI / Cognizant) and a fantastic bid team, allowing them to do what they do best - be out on the road, meeting clients,touring facilities and providing quotes.

To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) you will need to demonstrate a strong track record in a similar role, selling contract / non contract FM services (preferably cleaning) into Construction / Manufacturing / Industrial clients.

A base salary of around £45,000 is on offer for the successful Business Development Manager (BDM), along with a company car or car allowance and a strong uncapped commission scheme that aims towards a £70,000 OTE.
