Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. The Assistant Administrator will provide administrative support to the office and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized manner
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
Note:
All positions at our company are paid positions.
Pay:
£19,672.08-£31,812.47 per year
