Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. The Assistant Administrator will provide administrative support to the office and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Duties:


  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
  • Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized manner
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment

Pay:
£19,672.08-£31,812.47 per year
