Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, property damage claims, breach of covenants and possession proceedings.
- Advising clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases and providing practical and commercial solutions.
- Representing clients in court proceedings and at mediation.
- Drafting court documents, pleadings, and witness statements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Assisting with business development activities, including writing articles, giving seminars, and attending networking events.
