Project Coordinator and a Sales Administrator - Coordinating servicing and sales of service contracts for Pharma and Food based process equipment
Full time and office / desk based in Winchester
Competitive salary depending on experience

Our long established client is a leading UK supplier of pharmaceutical, life science, and food based process equipment in the UK and Republic of Ireland and is seeking both a Project Coordinator and Sales Administrator to support the servicing and sales ofcontracts to customers for ongoing development of food based projects.


Some of the responsibilities will include:
Project Service Coordinator

  • Coordinating servicing and sales of service contracts of process equipment predominantly for the pharmaceutical and Food processing industry
  • First point of contact for service enquiries and troubleshooting equipment problems
  • Liaising with Sales and Cryogenic sales teams regarding scheduling of pricing, orders, contracts, shipping and other queries
Sales Admin

  • Order processing
  • Order checking
  • Order acknowledgements
  • Order confirmations
  • Relationship management
  • External
  • Principals, couriers, ancillary equipment
  • Understanding and agreement on site surveys, where necessary
  • Internal
  • Ensuring all machine QC performance data has been reviewed and approved by the relevant personnel, prior to equipment shipping
  • Maintenance of project sales folders on the server and CRM i.e., upload of admin PO's for equipment, deliveries, etc
  • Stock control upkeeping the stock register to reflect realtime information. Also includes the maintenance of the Sales demo stock register on the server and CRM
  • Maintenance of the OT spreadsheet
Sales Tasks

  • Quoting accessories and small equipment wherever necessary, to support the activities of both the Sales and Cryogenics sales team
  • Secret shopper exercises to help obtain price comparisons with competition
  • Completing standard supplier forms (not Quality)
  • Involvement in large equipment projects i.e., attending meetings and taking minutes when Project Lead is out of office
Customer service

  • Dealing with the Sales and Cryogenics inboxes and phone calls
  • Forwarding enquiries and feedback to sales or service personnel
  • Updating customers on order progress

Package includes:

Group health + death in service insurance schemes, 20 days holiday rising to 25 with length of service, company pension scheme contribution of 3% of salary rising with length of service.
