Brett is the UK's largest independently owned building materials Group with over 60 sites across the South, South East, East and Midlands and employing over 700 people.

• The role will report to the Sales Office Supervisor

• The role is one of the first points of contact we have with our customers so giving them a fantastic service is vital
• The role will require you to support your immediate colleagues during absences. Work will include, but not be limited to; processing customer orders, processing orders with third party suppliers then checking and signing off supplier invoices, processing invoice queries, processing of quotation requests.
• It will be important to develop good knowledge of our systems.
• You will work alongside other internal departments to give our customers a great day to day experience using Brett Aggregates.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Passion for customer service
• Good problemsolving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Prior product knowledge would be an advantage
