Brett is the UK's largest independently owned building materials Group with over 60 sites across the South, South East, East and Midlands and employing over 700 people.
THE ROLE
- The role will report to the Sales Office Supervisor
- South
- The role is one of the first points of contact we have with our customers so giving them a fantastic service is vital
- The role will require you to support your immediate colleagues during absences. Work will include, but not be limited to; processing customer orders, processing orders with third party suppliers then checking and signing off supplier invoices, processing invoice queries, processing of quotation requests.
- It will be important to develop good knowledge of our systems.
- You will work alongside other internal departments to give our customers a great day to day experience using Brett Aggregates.
THE REQUIRMENTS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Passion for customer service
- Good problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Prior product knowledge would be an advantage
Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
