Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYTA)

Immediate start/Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYTA) to join our team at our infants school in Redhill.

As an EYTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of young children in their firstyears of schooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in the delivery of daily lessons and activities
Work with small groups of children to support their learning and development
Help to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Assist with the monitoring and assessment of children's progress
Provide support for children with additional needs
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for children
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early years education

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Desirable: Level 2 or 3 NVQ or CACHE in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualifications
