The brief:

Responsibilities:

Factsheets (PC and Inst):

Coordinate the creation and distribution of factsheets for both private clients (PC) and institutional clients (Inst).

Macro Production:

Contribute to macrolevel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Merchandise Ordering and Stock Management:

Handle merchandise ordering and ensure efficient stock management.

Collateral Printing Requests:

Process collateral printing requests, ensuring timely and highquality production.

Internal Comms:

Facilitate internal communication initiatives to foster collaboration and information sharing.

Website Management:

Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and reflective of brand positioning.

Support with Events:

Assist in event coordination, including setup, merchandise preparation, and name badge management.

LinkedIn Posting:

Drive the company's LinkedIn presence through regular and engaging posts.

Compliance Sign-off for the Team:

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to compliance standards and obtain necessary sign-offs.

Content Production and Management:

Play a key role in the creation and management of marketing content across various channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the financial or wealth management sector.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Familiarity with compliance standards in financial services marketing.
Proficiency in website management and content creation tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,848.19-£50,000.00 per year
