Office based - Mayfair, London (flexibility will be required to travel as needed)

Have you got strong analytically skills and able to take an evidence-led approach to enhancing our digital performance?

Do you have a strong track record of deploying digital marketing approaches?

Have you a strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, data capture, monitoring and tracking and how to use this to improve digital performance and results?

Key Responsibilities:

Working in collaboration with the Senior Management team, to develop, implement and execute our Digital Marketing strategy plan (which includes ecommerce, social media, web, online, distribution, SEO etc.
Responsible for the technical functionality of our website as well as our owned digital channels.
Lead on the development of wider global digital marketing approaches to support our priority objectives of increasing brand awareness and conversion on our ecommerce channels, as well as driving our digital performance to enhance our luxury positioning.
Appoint and manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and implementation of department strategy, budgeting and planning.
Working closely with the Senior management team, Head of Brand and fastgrowing digital team
Maintain a strong knowledge of developments, innovation and new technology in web, performance, marketing and social media and identify any that may be of benefit the company
To initiate and lead a wide revision of the current website, advise on quick fix and medium term plan to replatform and revise, including brief development, digital agency selection and supervision of the whole process.
Knowledge of CMS systems and understanding of development languages
Excellent awareness and understanding of current developments in digital communications and social media
High organised, proactive and flexible mind, with excellent project management skills and track record of meeting deadlines when working in team

Your experience will include:

Strong experienced content and data strategist with strong understanding of the role of SEO, content optimisation, audience profiling, social media channel insights, Google Analytics, Google trends, Google search console or similar platforms. As well asthe Technical aspects of rebuilding and improving their website
International Digital Marketing experience
Strong Experience in UX, viral, visual, mobile and content marketing and as well as in website and ecommerce sales and social media marketing
Strong experience of project leadership, including critically evaluating activities to achieve strategic priorities and maximise their effectiveness
Experience of being overall responsible for a digital marketing department and as well as all digital marketing activities.

Desirable:

Degree or professional qualification in marketingrelated discipline such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM
