AHU Assembler

Are you an experienced Assembler that is looking for an exciting new role?

Staff Selection UK are currently looking to recruit an Assembler for our well-known client based in the Bradford Area on a temp to perm basis.

Below is the list of core duties, but for the smooth running of the business from time to time, reasonable request or ad hoc duties may be made.

Complete onsite installation and refurbishment works on our air handling unit product range. Typically, but not limited to;
Sectional assembly of air handling units involving levelling and assembly of individual sections and installation of weatherproof roofs.
Installation of air handling units delivered to site in full flatpack form. Full assembly of air handling unit framework / panels and installation of all individual component parts. Occasionally involving offloading and distribution to the working area.
Complete +VE/VE air leakage testing in accordance with predetermined criteria provided.
Taking accurate measurements for internal sheet metal parts required and providing details to office team.
Thoroughly snag your own work and obtain completion signoff from the customer's site representative.
Liaise with our projects team to understand the requirements of each project and then take ownership for the timely completion to a high standard.
Working strictly in compliance with our project specific risk assessment and method statement, assessing and recording and deviations accordingly.
Working strictly in compliance with each individual site's own health and safety requirements

Requirements:

Experience of installing air handling units in flatpack form is essential, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Must hold a valid CSCS card.
Must hold a valid UK driving license.
Valid IPAF and PASMA certificates are desirable.

Details
This is a Monday to Friday role 8am - 4:30pm
Temp to Perm (12 weeks probation)
Pay Rate - £11.20 an hour
