Strathclyde Pharmaceuticals Ltd (SPL), a Pharmaceutical company based in East Kilbride, Scotland, is a market leader in Parallel Importing. Our expansion in recent years has meant that we now have a vacancy for a
Quality Assurance Officer who will work with a team of Quality Department personnel and collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards in all aspects of the business.


About you:

• Strong written, interpersonal and IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with personnel at all levels to address quality related issues
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Selfmotivated and capable problem solver
• Interested in selfdevelopment

Responsibilities_

• Review manufacturing documentation including results of inprocess testing and prepare batch records for QP batch disposition
• GMP documentation preparation, review and administration
• Identify, report and assist with quality related deviation investigations and CAPAs ensuring completion within stated due dates
• Participate in risk assessments and root cause analysis
• Supporting change control review and actions
• Review temperature monitoring data
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality
• Assist in the generation and reporting of monthly Quality metrics
• Participate in implementation of the site Self Inspection program
• Perform Customer/Supplier due diligence and ongoing monitoring
